High flying employee achieves Fellowship within only six months of joining company
An ambitious employee at North Wales’ based financial advice specialist 75point3 has achieved one of the highest qualifications in the sector and within only a few months of joining the company.
30-year-old independent financial adviser Tracy Brookes, who joined 75point3 in June, holds a first class BA (Hons) degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wales, Bangor as well as Chartered and Certified status as a financial planner. Confirmed at the beginning of December she is now a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Brookes originally trained as paraplanner but ten months later and at the age of only 22 she also qualified as a financial adviser. Seeing her potential director Stephen Jones offered her a position at 75point3 two years ago.
Tracy Brookes said: “75point3 is a very well respected company in the area so I was flattered to be offered a job on the first occasion. However, I had a new-born baby to consider and also felt that I needed to gain more experience as well as attain the chartered and certified statuses. This year it all fell into place and I’m very happy to be working at 75point3. My aim is to become the number one, go-to adviser in North Wales.”
