Cloud Telephones expects surge of demand for hosted VoIP as PBX contracts come to an end

Most PBX contracts run for three or five years and the last time they were up for renewal, businesses were uncertain about whether or not they should commit to IP-based telephony. But attitudes have changed and this time around, most companies will abandon the old systems and switch over to hosted voice services, says John Carter, Managing Director of Cloud Telephones.
