SWS Broadband has agreed to be a key sponsor at Shropshire Council’s forthcoming Leadership Conference on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022 at Shrewsbury’s Theatre Severn. Leaders from across the region will gather for a mix of thought-provoking speakers and insightful workshops in a relaxed atmosphere perfect for dynamic networking.

Three high-profile and influential keynote speakers will take to the stage to inspire, challenge, and evolve how to lead. They are:

Sir Clive Woodward OBE -England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup winning head coach, former director of sport Team GB, renowned business speaker and executive coach
Debra Searle MBE – Voted the world’s number one female keynote speaker, Debra Searle is a professional adventurer, entrepreneur and celebrated author.
Richard Nugent – Over the past 20 years Richard Nugent has worked with some of the biggest and best-known organisations in the world including LEGO, Merlin Entertainments, Warner Bros. and Samsung. His ALIGNED methodology is revolutionising how companies operate, communicate and how leaders bring their people on the journey with them.

The event will also feature trade stands, hands-on workshops and a wellbeing zone, as a reminder to prioritise mental health in the workplace.
