Basingstoke, 29 June 2015 – Tech Data Mobile, the specialist mobile business of Tech Data UK, is presenting dealers, resellers and retailers with a complete services ecosystem that will enable them to extend their value proposition to customers and enhance their profit potential and fuel business growth.
It has announced the availability of a full range of airtime services from Total, the specialist provider of communications services. Tech Data has signed a strategic partnership with the Cheltenham-based company that will provide IT resellers and retailers with access to customisable airtime packages, making it easy for them to offer a range of options to their end-user customers. Total will provide fast-track training and on-boarding for Tech Data customers, enabling even those with little or no mobile experience to unlock a new revenue stream potential.
In addition, Tech Data Mobile is making a comprehensive Buy-back and Trade-in scheme, a range of financing options via IBM Global Financing, and extended AppleCare+ warranty protection services fully available to its customers, providing them with a services ecosystem that will enable them to add more value and drive new business development.
Tech Data Mobile provides its partners a broad selection of popular platforms running Windows Phone, Google Android and Apple iOS environments, enabling dealers to offer customers a comprehensive set of options. On top of this, retailers, dealers and resellers have access to thousands of accessory and add-on solutions for popular mobile brands through Tech Data. They will also be able to draw on the experience and skills within Azlan, Tech Data’s Enterprise division, in mobile device and applications management.
